khW Jewelry offers exclusive designs and individually hand-crafted pieces made with semi-precious and precious gems, gold-filled, 14K and 18K solid gold metals. Each piece of jewelry may differ based on availability and natural variation in gemstones.

Many of our pieces are made with 14K and 18K gold to ensure high quality and durability. Earrings and necklaces may be made with gold-filled chain and wire, which results in lower overall cost of an item. To inquire or request a piece made with another raw material (gold-fill, gold plate, rose gold, white gold) please contact us at info@khwjewelry.com.

As each piece is hand-crafted, many of our earrings and necklaces are delicate or may tangle easily. Please handle the jewelry with care by storing neatly and keeping away from perfume, hair styling products or body lotions. Some metals and gemstones may oxidize or change color as exposed to air. It is recommended to keep jewelry in an air-tight bag with an anti-tarnish cloth.

Earrings and necklaces are hand made to order. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for delivery. For expedited delivery, please contact us at info@khwjewelry.com. The delivery time for custom-made pieces may vary. Shipping and packing fees vary depending on the amount of the total order and will be added to the total purchase price. California state sales tax will also be added to applicable orders.

Currently, khW Jewelry ships only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We apologize that shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO, and international locations are unavailable at this time.

All packages are insured. Transit time ranges from 2-6 business days. If you would like your shipment to be expedited, please contact us at info@khwjewelry.com.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you, via email, of your tracking information and expected delivery date.

Each khW Jewelry creation is made to order with great care. We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn merchandise within seven (7) days (of your receipt of order) for exchange. To exchange an item, please send an email to orders@khwjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your invoice number. We will contact you with instructions for returning the order to us. Jewelry must be returned within seven (7) days in its original condition and packaging before the exchange can be made. Please insure any returns, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

In the event that your items become damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair them free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will repair your jewelry for a small materials and shipping fee.
