khW Heirloom offers exclusive designs and individually hand-crafted bonnets created from one-of-a-kind vintage handkerchiefs. The concept and design borrows from a generations-old family tradition and khW's mother authored the accompanying poem.

You may purchase one of our existing bonnets for sale, or you may contact us with requests for specific design elements, such as using a monogrammed handkerchief or a specific color handkerchief and choosing matching ribbon. In addition, we can work with your own heirloom, passed-down hankies to create a family-heirloom bonnet.

Please handle the bonnets with care and store neatly in the acid-free tissue paper provided. Should the bonnet require washing, we suggest gently washing by hand with a detergent that is especially designed for delicate fabrics.

Please allow about 10 business days for delivery of domestic orders. Please contact us for expedited delivery. The delivery time for international orders is 10 busness days to 3 weeks, depending on the destination. Delivery time for custom-made pieces may vary. Shipping and packing fees will be added to the total purchase price. California state sales tax will also be added to applicable orders. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you, via email, of your tracking information and expected delivery date.

We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn merchandise within seven (7) days (of your receipt of order) for exchange. To exchange an item, please send an email to orders@khwjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your invoice number. We will contact you with instructions for returning the order to us. Baby bonnets or handkerchiefs for bride must be returned within seven (7) days in its original condition and packaging before the exchange can be made. Please insure any returns, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
